ROCAL - The Height of Fireplace Design


Rocal is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of contemporary fireplaces and has been at the forefront of the development of free standing fireplaces for over 20 years. Now its wealth of design flair and expertise is available to you through the company's partnership with Murphy Heating.

There are 19 Rocal fireplace models from which to choose. Each has its own special style, individually created, to fulfill different design criteria from open grates to all-round glass and from installation in a corner to the centrepiece of a room.

Every fireplace is constructed from heavy guage steel plate, expertly finished with a sophisticated, satin black lacquer that is heatproofed to 650°C, and is supplied with matching, decorative flue pipe cover. The firebox itself is designed for burning wood, peat/turf, and smokeless fuel with some fires having gas as an option. It incorporates a high quality, cast iron grate backed by, according to model, either cast iron panels or the latest thermally efficient firebricks to maximise the heat output from your fuel.
