All Stovax stoves are designed to burn wood, solid fuel or peat with equal efficiency, and
most incorporate a riddling grate with an external lever, so that ash and dust do not enter the
room whilst riddling.
Most models also have multiple air inlets that allow air to be drawn into
the stove at the same level as the fuel when burning wood, or from underneath when using solid
fuel. This not only provides cleaner and more complete combustion, but allows an air-wash
system to be designed into the airflows - resulting in much cleaner windows.
